If you are 60 plus or have a loved one who is 60 plus, then you are cordially invited for a free day of information, fun and fitness.

Give Thanks and burn off those calories! Join us on Friday, November 25th, from 9-10:30 for our 9th annual Burn The Bird Free Community Workout!  Bring your friends and family!
 
This fun workout is designed to help you rejuvenate after your Thanksgiving festivities. We will finish the day with a chance to share what we are grateful for.

Learn to Meditate!
Starts Tuesday October 11th from 6pm – 7pm

 
We’ve all heard and read articles about the benefits of meditation and mindfulness, but how do you get started? Ilene Gregorian, a Senior Consultant and Meditation Coach, will customize a 4 week intro to meditation and mental conditioning program specifically for Evolution members.  Just like we train our bodies, we can train our minds… to better regulate our thoughts and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Through her meditation and mindfulness practice of over 15 years, Ilene has developed a deep understanding of effective meditation techniques that are easy to learn.  She has provided classes to over 4,000 corporate executives, military service members, and the general public.  The course will begin on Tuesday October 11th from 6-7pm, and will run for 4 consecutive weeks. The cost of the program is $100.

Community Boxing Workshop With Sean Arnold
Saturday Sep. 24th 2016, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Learn how to box with Master Trainer Sean Arnold. We will be hosting a one-hour free seminar on how to box. You do not need any experience to attend; just your bodies and a great attitude!! We will go over the fine art of boxing with footwork drills, punching drills, and defensive work to name a few. The class will be held at Evolution Trainers.

Evolution Trainers Olympic Week – Aug 15th-19th

Come compete in the Olympic inspired events at Evolution during your workouts

Event #1: Hoops Made in One Minute

1. Each participant can use basketball of their choice. 
2. Participant is their own rebounder; coach is keeping count of makes!
3. There will be three marked point ranges: 1 point, 2 point, 3 point. Coach is responsible for adding up total score at the end of the minute.  
4. Participant may attempt as many times as they’d like over the week and keep their highest made score for Saturday morning tally-leaderboard.

Event #2: 1000m Row for Time 

There will be TWO categories, Men & Women

Event #3: Medicine Ball Throw for Distance

1. Females use 6lb. ball, Men use 10lb. ball
2. Participant must stay behind starting line and remain behind starting line.
3. Must be a chest/shoulder pass
4. You can squat, but no part of your body can touch the floor in front of line. 
5. Distance will be measured and recorded
